Native Plant Education Garden (NPEG)

Wild Ones River City Chapter wants to show the community that “going native” is not only environmentally sound, but beautiful too!  Visit our Native Plant Education Garden (NPEG) right in the heart of the vibrant East Hills section of Grand Rapids.

The garden is located in front of the historic Monarch Investment and Management building at 920 Cherry St SE, Grand Rapids, MI  49506. RCWO Volunteers are replacing non-native species with Michigan pollinator-friendly plants. The results have the entire neighborhood “abuzz”. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us or visit the VOLUNTEER page to find upcoming volunteer workdays.
